Shipping Methods:
We will ship standard UPS surface in the most cost efficient manner unless other shipping methods are requested. All Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select orders must be received by 1:00 PM Central time to be properly delivered on time. Your order total will be confirmed to you before we ship. Transit Times:
Orders of in-stock items received by 12:00 PM CST will typically ship the same business day via UPS ground, unless truck shipping is required. Travel time depends on which warehouse it ships from. We have warehouses in St. Louis, MO, Richmond, VA and Orange, CA. Other products are normally shipped in 1-3 business days.
Shipping Charges:
Occasionally, shipping charges may be changed or deleted based of various factors such as total shipping weight, sales promotions, published freight charges, large volume orders or requested shipping methods. Should this be necessary, you will be notified in sufficient time to approve the change before we ship.
