If your machine needs repairs, please contact Filmsource for information on equipment repair. The product might be under manufacturer warranty or our service department could possibly repair it. We do not repair all equipment, and you’ll need to ship the equipment to us for repairs.

Travel time depends on which warehouse it ships from. We have warehouses in St. Louis, MO, Richmond, VA and Orange, CA. Orders of in-stock items will typically ship by the next business day. Other products are normally shipped in 1-3 business days.
