Accepting materials up to 44″ wide at speeds up to 8 feet per minute, the Phoenix 4400-DHP utilizes large 41⁄2” heated rollers to create stunning posters, displays, banners, graphics, and much more. Incremental gapping up to 1⁄4” thickness allows for easy mounting and encapsulation on a variety of substrates with films ranging from 1.5 to 10 mil on 21⁄4” and 3″ cores. Internal cooling fans prevent warping, and independent heat, variable speed, and tension controls ensure optimal results for any type of film or substrate that comes your way. Important safety features include: a safety photo eye to prevent entanglement; sleep mode after 3 hours of non-use; and auto shut-off.
