Sales Taxes:

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Filmsource reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by Filmsource when the products have been delivered to you.

Shipping Methods:
We will ship standard UPS surface in the most cost efficient manner unless other shipping methods are requested. All Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select orders must be received by 12 noon Eastern time to be properly delivered on time. Your order total will be confirmed to you before we ship. International customers must contact us for shipping methods and charges. Transit Times:
Orders of in-stock items received by 12 noon EST will ship the same business day. If you choose UPS GROUND SERVICE approximate transit times are as follows: 
Destinations: 
            In the East allow 3-4 business days after shipment. 
            In the Southeast allow 1-2 business days after shipment. 
            In the Midwest allow 3-4 business days after shipment. 
            In the West allow 6-7 business days after shipment. 
 
Shipping Charges:
Occasionally, shipping charges may be changed or deleted based of various factors such as total shipping weight, sales promotions, published freight charges, large volume orders or requested shipping methods. Should this be necessary, you will be notified in sufficient time to approve the change before we ship.

Handling  Charges:
All orders will incur a handling charge of $3.00 which will be added to and included in the shipping charge.

Returns:
Please contact us for a return authorization number. All returns must have a return authorization number on the package. 
No returned orders will be accepted:
            1: Without an authorization number.
            2: After 21 days from invoice date. 
            3: If supplies are partly used. 
            4: If original boxes are marked, written on, damaged or have stickers on them. 

To receive a refund or exchange, all products must be returned in the original packaging and in "as new" and saleable condition. Returns not meeting these conditions will be returned at customer's expense or held for customer pick up. All returns approved by Filmsource after inspection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restocking fee will be waived if the product is deemed defective by Filmsource and all of the 4 return requirements above have been met. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Credit Card Charges / Discrepancies: You agree that prices will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes and will no longer be subject to action after 60 days of charge date.

International Orders: Be advised that orders shipped to international locations will be accessed import duties and possibly other charges which we cannot forecast. Further, Filmsource is not responsible for any of these charges.

Freight Claims:
Filmsource must be notified within 7 days of receipt of any damages or shortage. All claims must be accompanied by a signed freight claim noting the damages or shortage. Without such proof of claim, no credit will be given.

Special Orders:
Filmsource will be pleased to quote on special orders. A non-refundable deposit is required and special order merchandise can not be returned.

Equipment Warranties:
All equipment warranties are limited to the original manufacturer's warranties prevailing at the time of purchase.

Privacy Policy:
Filmsource is the sole owner of any information collected on this website and agrees not to share, sell or rent user's information except when necessary in the fulfillment of orders or where required by law. Fulfillment of orders will require sharing information with our credit card processing company. In addition, your name and address will be provided when orders are shipped direct to you from our manufacturers or suppliers. 

For your protection, our website is secure. Your personal information including credit card number, name and address is encrypted so that it cannot be read as your information is transmitted over the internet by secure server software (SSL).

Billing Terms:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Public and parochial schools, colleges and universities and approved businesses will be billed on open account (net 30 days) unless you choose to enter your credit card information. If you are using a purchase order number, please enter it in the space provided when you check out.

Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms: Filmsource Reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products sold.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filmsource and its officers, directors employees and vendors for any real or perceived damage caused by our products or from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or related to your purchase.

Errors and Omissions:
Filmsource is not liable for any misprints, errors or omissions which include, but is not limited to, graphics, incorrect pricing, product packaging or product specifications. Filmsource reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders with prices based upon typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, whether or not the order has been submitted or confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your card has been charged and your order has been canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card. By using this website you agree to all of the foregoing terms and conditions.
