Flexible Laminating Pouches

Flexible Pouches are designed to create flexible indoor signs, displays or presentations quickly, easily and with minimal waste. Flexible pouches are supplies for Wide Format 25", 27'' & 44'' Phoenis or ProSeal®, Ledco, Banner, GBC, D & K and other wide format mounting laminators. Flexible Pouches are compatible with ink jet, electrostatic, lithographic and plain paper media. The Flexible Pouch consists of two pieces of film hinged at one end, along a short side.

Flexible Laminating Pouches with low temperature adhesive for use in Seal Graphics 44" ProSeal, 44" Phoenix , Ledco and other wide format pouch laminators.

  • The Flexible Pouch consists of two pieces of film hinged at one end, along a short side. Separate the two pieces starting at the end opposite the hinge. Take care not to break the hinged seal.
  • Insert the image to be laminated in the pouch so there is at least a 1/8" (3.5mm) border around each of the sides. This ensures that moisture never reaches the image.
  • Place the pouch with the image on the Sled. Smooth out any wrinkles with the side of the hand or a soft flexible squeegee.
